Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager to spearhead some of the most vital initiatives within Delivery Engineering. This team functions as the “eyes and ears” of Netflix’s engineering operations, being responsible for creating the infrastructure and tools that offer insights into the status of hundreds of applications that drive Netflix’s service. Compensation and Benefits

Netflix’s compensation structure is unique. It consists solely of an annual salary without any bonuses. Each year, employees are given the flexibility to choose how much of their compensation they want to receive as salary versus stock options. The personal top-of-market compensation for each employee is determined by considering market indicators, job family, background, skills and experience. The compensation range for this particular role is from $240,000 to $1,200,000.
